The best signs to follow if you get lost in a town or village is toute directions or autre directions and this will bring you out the other side were you can pick up sign for your destination.
Remember in France the key speeds 50kmh (30mph)in villages which is shown by a rectangle sign with the village name in it. When you leave the village the same sign with a diagonal red line through it means you can increase your speed. 70kmh (45mph) and 90kmh (55mph)

From the airport turn right out of the car park onto the D119 towards Montreal and Mirepoix.

At island take the last exit signed Foix.
Continue to follow signs to Fiox. These will mostly be green at this time)
When you get to Mirepoix you need to turn left just after going across the bridge it is signed toutes or autre directions. Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights and left at the second set (there should be a garage on your left. Turn right at the island that appears straight away, following the signs for Foix.

Continue to follow signs for Foix.
You will round a bend and the road in front of you will go straight on or fork off to the left. You need to turn left, again it is sign posted for Foix.

You will soon come to a set of three islands close together go straight over the first two following signs for Foix. The third island tells you to go all the way round and back on yourself do this then after 100yards turn right down the slip road towards Foix onto the N20.

You will see Decathlon to your left. Exit at junction 10(2nd exit) Signed Foix in green ,St Giron and Foix nord. Come off the slip road and go straight over the island signed Foix and St Girons. After approx 2km you reach an island this is now Foix, turn right and now follow green sign for Tarbes and white sign for St Girons D117. You are now about 20mins away.

Continue to follow this road and it will bring you into La Bastide de Serou. After La Bastide you are about 10 mins away. Look for sign on right for Grotte du Maz d’Azil, Durban s/ Arize the D15 and turn right here. Go up the hill and past the cemetery on right hand side. As you see the village sign on right Durban Sur Arize straight opposite on left is a track go up it and past the garages then sharp left U-bend up the farm track and we are in front of you on right hand side. If gate is closed pip horn.
