Change over days in peak season from end of June to early September is on a Wednesday to help keep traveling costs with airlines to a minimum, it also gives you your full weekend on your holiday.

At any other time change over day is flexible to suit your travel requirements.

Ł50 heating supplement for wood during October to April (per week).

Ł100 discount for second week booked.

A deposit of Ł200 required with full payment 8 weeks prior to holiday.

Booking

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as you can. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking value. For cancellations made less than a week before your planned arrival date we reserve the right to charge 30% of the booking value. We will try our best to re-let the room and if successful an appropriate refund will be given.
