Room One
|
This room is a spacious en-suite double bedroom that has a king size bed. It has room for a travel cot, bars are available for safety of the large window if children staying in this room. This room has an electric radiator. The room is at the top of the house and has a slopping sealing that adds character to the space. It has low window which gives you a view of the rear garden.
The spacious bathroom has a shower over a bath with character beams in the ceiling, toilet and sink.

Room Two

This room is a large en-suite family room. It has a king size bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. This room will accommodate from two to six persons. This room has an electric radiator. The bedroom is on the top floor and spans the width of the house. It has two large sets of French doors overlooking the garden and pool at the rear of the house. It also has two windows over looking the front garden. You can take in the scenery and view the village of Durban-sur-Arize from this room.
The bathroom has a separate toilet, a bath with a large separate shower and sink.

Room Three

This is a large double or family room which contains a king size bed, a single bed and a large cot. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private shower room and toilet facilities. The bedroom has a lovely fireplace and a large window that over looks the rear garden. The beauty of this room is it can be interconnected with room 4 to cater for larger families. The private bathroom has a power shower, toilet and sink.

Room Four
|
|
This is a double room with en-suite bathroom. The room contains a king size bed and built in wardrobes. It has two large windows that over looks the front garden. There is a separate toilet. The bathroom contains a shower over a bath with sink and bidet.

A large cot is available in room 3. A further travel cot for a second baby in the party is availabe. there are 2 high chairs, potties,bath equipment and toys for your use.

Room Five
|
|
This room has two single beds, it has a small window over looking the front garden and a large set of double doors over looking the patio and pool area. the bathroom is shared with that of room 3 just across the corridor.

Dining Room
|
|
If you find you do not wan to eat in the kitchen and the weather is to hot to eat outside you can always use the dining room that overlooks the front garden and has two sets of double doors for you to enjoy the view.

Sitting Room
|
|
After your evening meal or after a hard days sight seeing why not relax in our comfortable sitting room. There is a television with english channels and some Sky channels. A DVD player is available if you wish to bring some for the kids to watch at much needed quiet time. A CD player is also available

|
"Snug"
|
|
We also have a seating area around a small table we refer to as the snug. If the evening is cool we will collect some wood from the log store and have a roaring fire. The snug has 2 comfortable sofas were you can sit and discuss the days events in front of the glowing flames.

Outside
|
|
|
|
We currently have an above ground swimming pool with sun bathing area. We have beds and chairs for your use should you decide to have a day by the pool. Please do not use your room towels around the pool, beach towels can be provided on request if you do not have your own. The pool is used at your own risk. All children must be supervised whilst using the pool. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents.
We have a small orchard containing fruit and nut trees.
We have an expanse of grass for sun bathing or playing. We have a variety of garden toys and play equipment for young and old.
We have an area that is secure for parking cars and motorbikes.
